Terms and Conditions

​Registration: Registration will be considered complete upon the payment of your deposit(s) which are due within 60 days of the class commencement date. Payment of the balance is due no later than 30 days before the class commencement date.

​

Based on space available, Living the Dream will strive to facilitate student bookings at later dates. In the event that class sizes are not reached, class will be rescheduled, and all associated deposits or additional payments will remain in good standing toward future classes.

​

In the event of a major mandatory shutdown as we have recently experienced with COVID-19, all payments will be refunded in their entirety.

​

Deposits: All deposits for classes are non-refundable. A $100 deposit is required 60 days prior to class commencement date.

​

Cancellation Policy: If you need to withdraw from a class, you must send a written withdrawal letter to livingthedream269@gmail.com at least 30 days before the class commencement date. You may receive a refund of the cost of the class minus deposit, but only to the extent that all funds have been paid to and received by Living the Dream.

​

All deposits are non-refundable. No refunds will be issued for cancellations received 29 days or less prior to the scheduled class. If you wish to apply your payment to a future course, you may do so less your non-refundable deposit.
