Guided Meditation/Journeywork Class

Each of my guided meditation / journeywork classes focuses on healing an aspect of your inner being... they range from self acceptance and self worth; finding gratitude in all things; calling in healthy relationships; releasing those things that hold you back from achieving the life that you want; more deeply understanding spirituality and enlightenment; calling in your dreams... and so, SO much more! 

All of my meditation classes offer an opportunity for you to leave your day to day concerns behind and come into a place of complete balance and calm all offered in a loving, supportive setting. 

COST: $25 at class or $100 for 5 classes if paid in advance
